iNum is making use of the +883 global country code created by the ITU (International Telecommunication Union).

iNum stands for international Number. It is a new kind of global phone number for a new kind of world — a world with a new geography that’s about local presence and global relationships, not about distance or national borders.  iNum provides users with phone numbers with the +883 global country code. One can use a +883 number as a virtual number and be contacted through his phone and other communication device anywhere he/she is in the world, without having to worry about area codes and international calling rates.

One number, worldwide

Traditional phone numbers are tied to a particular country, or even a particular city, so when you move to another country you need to get a new number from a new supplier. iNum numbers however do not have this limitation and you can therefore keep your iNum wherever you go in the world.

One number for multiple services

iNum initially supports voice and SMS, but it will soon support more services. Stay tuned!

Who can call my iNum?

iNums are reachable from a growing list of networks. Eventually iNums will be reachable from any network worldwide just as any other ‘real’ phone number.

Local Access Numbers for iNum

V-Global provides free +883 iNums to its customers and connects calls to all +883 iNums for free.  Any V-Global customer can dial any +883 iNum directly for free from a soft phone, voip phone, a mobile phone app or from a standard phone using a V-Global local access number for dial around.  Additionally, there are several iNum local access numbers established in over 45 countries.  See below for a list of iNum local access numbers.

Since iNum is not yet reachable from every phone network in the world, we have established local access numbers in 45 countries that can be used to reach iNum from any phone. This effectively makes iNum reachable from 45 countries for the cost of a local call, from any phone. Simply dial the local access number closest to you, and dial the chosen iNum afterwards.
